Privacy
Short version: shop contacts are for sitting and billing. Callers on a shop’s line belong to that shop. We do not sell lists.
Shop sit form
If you send the sit form, we keep your name, trade, city, phone, and note so we can call you about a sit. We do not sell it. We do not use it to market another shop.
Callers on your line
When a shop is live, we keep a caller’s name, number, address, and one-line job only to qualify, book that estimate on that shop’s calendar, and confirm that booking. Those callers are the shop’s customers. We do not call them for another shop. We do not market Effex to them. We do not sell the list.
When a shop cancels
We stop using those contacts for booking. We do not keep a leftover book to work later.
What we are not
Effex is not a licensed contractor. We do not send a truck. We do not take payment from homeowners.
