We’ll use this to call or email you about a sit. We don’t sell it. Starting service takes a signed Service terms, a signed Statement of Work, and the first month paid.

Is this a voicemail bot?
No. A missed inbound call gets qualified. If it is a real estimate in your trade and a slot is open, it lands on your calendar. That’s the product. Not every missed call books.
Does this replace my office person?
No. You keep whoever you have. Effex is for the call you miss because you’re already on a job.
Do I need an IT department?
No. One business line. We sit down in the Central Valley and show a live booking before you pay.
Is this a six-month build?
No. About twenty minutes in person. Not an audit. Not a long project. Not a contract until you sign and pay.
I also want quotes, reviews, or a CRM. Can you add that?
Not this. This is missed call → booked estimate. That’s it.
I’m outside the Central Valley. Can I still sign up?
Not yet. Central Valley only: Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Bakersfield, Modesto, Merced, Madera, Tulare, and nearby.
Do you send a truck or dispatch a technician?
No. Effex is not a licensed contractor. We do not diagnose, quote, or send anyone. Your shop does the estimate and the work.
Are callers on my line shared with other shops?
No. Callers on your line are yours — that customer data belongs to your shop. We use name, number, service address, and one-line job only to book that estimate on your calendar. We don’t sell the list, store it for marketing, or call them for another shop or for Effex. See Privacy.
Can I read the terms before we sit?
Yes. Download the Service terms and the Statement of Work. Sign them at the sit. The website form is not an agreement.
